314 VBC Tryout Registration Form

Gateway Tryout Waiver Form  

​Tryout Cost: $25 (cash or Venmo)

Forms Each player must complete both the electronic 314 VBC Tryout Registration Form and the printed Gateway Tryout Waiver Form provided above. The Gateway Tryout Waiver Form must be signed both by the player and by a parent or legal guardian and brought with you to tryouts. Additional information is available in the Gateway Girls Tryouts FAQ document.

IMPORTANT

1. 314 VBC does not accept waivered players. 
2. If you have a conflict with another tryout, please contact us to find a mutually agreeable alternate tryout time.
3. Doors will open for registration one-half hour prior to tryout time. Please try to arrive early in order to register and to warm up.  
4. ​Completing the forms prior to arrival will expedite the registration process.
